Diese Modelle sind Pionier-Modelle und daher schon alt, bleiben aber bis heute relevant, um die Phasen des Kulturschocks darzustellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Das Pionier-U-Kurven-Modell\u00b3 veranschaulicht die Reise des Auswanderers nach Verlassen des Heimatlandes: Beginnend mit Aufregung (der Flitterwochenphase), absteigend in die Herausforderungen der Neuorientierung (Kulturschock) und allm\u00e4hlich aufsteigend in Richtung Gleichgewicht (Anpassung). Doch das erkl\u00e4rt die gesamte Reise nicht ausreichend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Das Modell wurde im Verlauf durch ein W-Kurven-Modell erweitert, um die Achterbahn-Erfahrung der sogenannten Repatriats bei der R\u00fcckkehr ins Heimatland zu ber\u00fccksichtigen\u00b2. R\u00fcckkehrer erleben oft \u00e4hnliche Herausforderungen und Anpassungen beim Eintreffen im alten Heimatland, wie zuvor, als sie ihr Heimatland verlassen haben. Vielleicht haben Sie sich auch diese h\u00e4ufige Frage gestellt: &#8222;Soll ich bleiben oder gehen?&#8220; Obwohl es sich um Ihr Heimatland handelt, l\u00f6st die Repatriierung erneut Kulturschock-Effekte aus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Drittens ist sogar schon eine Anpassung vor dem Eintritt in das neue Land erforderlich.
